All in-person appointment times must be reserved in advance, either with a credit
card guarantee, or prepaid. If using the credit card guarantee, you can pay with
Cash, Check or Money Order at the time of service. Checks or money orders should
be made out to Peaceful Healings. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be
subject to an additional $15.00 return processing fee.

Cancellation and Late Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice.
No refunds will be given for prepaid appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours
notice, and if using the credit card guarantee, the full session rate will be charged.
If you are running late for your appointment, please call and let us know. However,
please be aware that due to other appointments scheduled after yours, we cannot
extend your treatment time if you are running late. We encourage you to make
every effort to arrive on time so that you gain the full benefits from your session.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, please call us to
request a refund up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
Money will be refunded, minus a 3.0% transaction fee. Please allow up to 5 business
days for refunds to be processed. No refunds will be granted for no shows or
requests made with less than 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment time.
